Jim has abundant experience in many facets of real estate including asset management, development, and construction and has a cognizant knowledge of the industry as a whole.

Lisa Desrosier:
Administrator and bookkeeper overseeing the financial aspects of our clients. She has over twenty years of experience dealing with residential, commercial, and condominium accounting. She also brings along with her business management experience in many other industries which lend a different perspective to business financials, analysis and reporting. She has been with Jim Van Property management for 10 years.

Maintenance Staff:
Experienced maintenance staff varies based on property locations. Our staff has 10+ years of experience in property maintenance. They are trained to handle landscaping, plumbing/heating, and electrical maintenance and repairs.
